Easy Ways to Seasonal Plays

The changing seasons bring with them the important festivals of Christmas, Easter and Harvest. How do we explain their significance to children?

This is a question that many primary teachers and people who work with young children in church or playschool ask themselves. What better way for them to learn than to participate in a simple seasonal play, especially one that is easy to produce, fun for the children and a delight for your audience!

Here are three plays, each specifically written for children in the 3-7 age group and taking approximately 10-20 minutes to perform.

Qualifying as a solicitor in 1980, Vicki Howie gained extensive experience in the publishing environment, with particular focus on editing children's books, whilst working for OUP Hong Kong.
