Drama in Guildford

Lucy Moore

It was fun to have three hours to spend with a range of teachers from across different schools in Guildford Diocese, not just different primary schools but some from secondary schools, too, who had come to get a taste of what primary schools are doing these days but went away with lots of ideas that they said would be very useful in KS3 RE. While it was fairly intensive, the teachers were all ready and willing to come out from behind their tables and try out the activities for themselves, and the three hours passed remarkably quickly. It was great to eavesdrop on one pair who were guiding each other through a medieval painting of Noah's ark, jumping over the stream, dodging goats and admiring cities rising from the waters.
